This family restaurant has been in existence since 1987. In the courtyard of a 17th century palace, which recalls the Muslim period of the island, tables covered in white under the lemon trees invite you to settle down. The setting is attractive, the modern kitchen in an Arab-baroque setting. The plates are as noble as the frame. Sophisticated nouvelle cuisine where Sicilian recipes are worked to perfection, like visual and culinary works of art. Bonus: Modena chocolate as a fabulous dessert! Ideal for a romantic dinner.

Service: great staff who make time to speak with you and make you feel welcome and valued.
Atmosphere: fantastic oasis in this beautiful city, relax, the youth of the staff reflected in nice modern music.
Take time to speak with the staff and you’ll discover a great story that leads to this fine cuisine.
Treat yourself to a great experience. Their menu changes several times a year so this is a place to visit time and time again.

A little hidden gem in the heart of Modica. It was difficult to find, but once we did we were pleasantly surprised by the level of sophistication and creativity of the young sisters taking care of this place. Two sisters of 25 and 27. The younger sibling, busy in the kitchen creating masterpieces based on her traditions and passion for new concepts, while the older sister pairing those wonderful creations beautifully and running the front of house like clockwork. If you're in the region this place is a must!
