In a street of Ortygie, near the sea, Salvo in the kitchen and Saro in the dining room offer Sicilian and French dishes. Tournedos Rossini, tuna with caramelized onions, lean fillet with pesto, eggplant mille-feuille, tuna carpaccio, red mullet fillet with basil... It's all tempting.
