This top-notch gourmet restaurant must be booked in advance, as it is very popular in Syracuse. All dishes are on the slate, and change according to the catch and the chef's inspiration. The tuna caponata was divine as an appetizer, as were the homemade ricotta ravioli with baked beans. If you've never tried sous-vide cooking, which guarantees exemplary tenderness, try the fish of the day with its asparagus and chicory parmentier. The setting is very sober, but elegant and recent, and there are a few tables on the terrace.
