CORTILE BOTÀ ORTIGIA
In the heart of Ortigia, enter this narrow cul-de-sac lined with bindweed and capped by a beautiful drooping wisteria, and welcome to Cortile Botà, a place that's both an excellent cocktail bar and a good table, so you don't have to change addresses between apéritivo and dinner! For starters, we loved the tuna tartare with apple and pineapple purée, and for mains, the crispy sea bass with almonds on a bed of chopped broccoli rabe and green olives. The dishes are very Sicilian, and the execution very "nouvelle cuisine". The cocktails are classic compositions.
