Castello Cameni is the hotel restaurant of the same name. Sicilian cuisine of local and seasonal cuisine with Italian and international influences. Fish and game specialities not to be missed, including the Fameux black pig. Sausages and homemade cheeses such as the ricotta di Vizzini (molle cheese) or ennese ennese (saffron cheese). Among Chef Anna Sinagra's specialities, we will note his paccheri to calamari and cherry tomatoes on eggplant cream, his thousand-sheet to swordfish and tomatoes, capers and olives, or his black chocolate cake 70% and conference pears topped with hazelnut foam. The wine list is of quality.
