We come here as much for the table as for the frame. La Ruota is a very pretty villa in the countryside with a garden and a remarkable old watermill. It is a rural inn known for its good cuisine and the excellent welcome of its owner. Tasty cuisine using local ingredients such as fresh ricotta and pecorino. Don't miss the rabbit alla Stimpirata, a sweet and sour preparation from the region to be discovered, as well as locally roasted lamb, or roast pork with fresh mushrooms. A homemade white wine that makes you want to drink it again.

Toujours satisfaite de ce resto à Piazza Armerina. Leur accueil est toujours sympathique. Vaut le détour!
