This is one of the most refined tables in Catania, which dares to experiment with rare flavours and products grown in Sicily. Admire the plates coming out of the kitchens decorated with fresh edible flowers! The seasonal menu is spectacular: imagine homemade tagliolini with cranberries, with purple and yellow carrots on a venison stew or fresh octopus and purple potatoes from Trapani. To round off this gastronomic adventure, set your sights on Modica's chocolate and pistachio pie. Quite a poem.
