This excellent designer restaurant is as chic inside as it is on its terrace, nestled in the trees. The Mediterranean menu is highly creative, like the lemongrass risotto with Mazara red shrimp tartar, shellfish powder and sumac, or the chicken supreme stuffed with truffle, pioppini mushrooms and cocoa crumble. On the Asian fusion side, imagine a knife-cut wagyu tartare with guacamole! The restaurant also boasts a lively sushi bar and pizzas whose dough has been patiently leavened for 3 days.
