Vuciata, the "market kitchen", was born in the heart of the Pescheria of Catania, right next to the fish market, after the recovery of two small historical shops. The terrace is directly on the street. It takes advantage of the shade generated by dozens of multicoloured umbrellas hanging in the street. Sliced tuna with pistachios or citrus tartar are some of the dishes to be damned proposed here. But all the dishes of the day written on slate doors are tempting. Fresh pasta is also a dish of choice.
