This historical pasticceria, which has been in existence since 1897, is situated opposite the Bellini Garden. It is famous for its ricotta cannoli, among the best in the city (Vitaliano Brancati used to come here to taste them). Its tea room is a delicious stopover in the city centre. On the shelves are beautiful boxes full of delicacies to put in your suitcase. Before going there, you can also visit the house's website, where all the sweets are on sale online, to be picked up on the spot. You can take the time to choose well.

Une institution à Catane
La Pasticceria Savia est une véritable institution à Catane ; en témoigne la terrasse affichant souvent complet où touristes et locaux viennent déguster une pâtisserie, prendre un café ou manger sur le pouce. Le personnel n'est pas très avenant (quel dommage) et l'attente peut être un peu longue selon l'heure, mais le service est efficace (pour la vente à emporter, un système de tickets est en place). Toutes les spécialités siciliennes proposées par la pâtisserie font envie et il est difficile de choisir. Les cannoli à la pistache, spécialité de la maison, sont copieux et vraiment délicieux (je n'aimais pas vraiment cette pâtisserie avant de la goûter à la Pasticceria Savia). Une adresse à ne pas manquer.
