This excellent Taormina restaurant reinterprets island classics with a twist of creative nouvelle cuisine. Take a look at the menu: tuna tartare with mango mayonnaise, Salina capers and olive cream, pasta al pesto trapanese (with crushed almonds from Avola), sea bass gratin with tomato cream and basil emulsion. Even the pizzas are original, like the Brontë with mortadella, stracciatella and Brontë pistachio... Everything looks delicious. The dishes arrive beautifully laid out! Beautiful panoramic terrace.
