A magnificent panorama of Etna and the sea and a privileged environment. About 50 rooms with telephone and air conditioning, all tastefully decorated and furnished with furniture and precious objects in harmony with its original style. This hotel deserves 5 stars instead of 4, travelled here with my parents and was super happy with the service and amenities! Would recommend this hotel to anyone, you can tell that emphasis is put on the smallest of details, the staff are beyond helpful and knowledgeable!

A beautiful hotel which is well situated just a short walk from the main town and the main bus terminal. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful - nothing is too much trouble. The views are stunning and the rooms very comfortable and spacious. The swimming pool area and hotel grounds are very well maintained. The breakfast is amazing with just about everything you could want. You can order freshly cooked pancakes, omelettes and eggs also various coffees and teas. We will definitely be returning in the future as well as recommending to family and friends.

Ein wunderschönes Hotel, vor allem sehr sauber und sehr freundliches Personal. Egal ob am Empfang oder beim Frühstück waren die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Es wird auch ordentlich gereinigt. Das Frühstück ist sehr vielfältig. Die Lage ist sehr gut.

Dieses Hotel ist der Inbegriff von Perfektion.
Wir waren über Ostern mit unseren 2 kleineren Mädchen da.
Obwohl es doch eher ein gehobeneres Hotel ist fühlten wir uns mit unseren Kindern dort wie zu Hause. Das Service Personal war extrem aufmerksam zuvorkommend freundlich. Wir brauchten sogar noch Ärztliche Hilfe da unsere Tochter eine Ohrenentzündung bekam. An der Receptionbestellte man uns einen Arzt direkt aufs Zimmer innerhalb 1h war er da.
Vielen Dank an alle die diesen Urlaub für uns unvergesslich machten.
