This is the place to come to taste granite in Taormina. And the crowds all day long prove it! It's a difficult choice: melon and mango or almond and lemon? The range of flavors is vast. You'll have to come back several times. You'll tell us what your favourite combination was! In the meantime, be patient, you often have to queue before enjoying these refreshing little wonders. The service is friendly. The locals also come there to have an aperitif at the end of the day, so don't hesitate to do the same!

Un lieu qui mérite sa bonne réputation
Comme de nombreux articles, guides et blogs l'indiquent, le Bam Bar est vraiment le lieu où venir goûter une excellente granita. Quelle que soit l'heure, la terrasse affiche complet, mais ne vous arrêtez pas à ce détail, vous ne regretterez pas l'attente. Le personnel est accueillant, sympathique et surtout très efficace. Le choix de parfums de granite varie selon la saison (un gage de qualité selon moi), mais reste varié et il est difficile de choisir. Les coupes de granita sont assez copieuses et les brioches sont très bonnes. J'ai personnellement adoré la granita à l'amande, la meilleure que j'ai pu goûter en Sicile. La terrasse est très agréable et l'addition est très raisonnable.
