LA TAVERNA DELL' ETNA

This tavern is located at the top of the mountain. The food is good, but you also come here for the breathtaking and sublime view of Taormina and the shades of blue on the horizon. On the menu: classic and tasty specialities, octopus tentacles on potato purée and pistachio granules, squid stuffed with couscous and vegetables, spaghetti with lobsters and bisque. A superb list of good local wines to accompany and harmonize the dishes with the specific flavours of the vines growing on the volcanic foothills of Etna.
