The traditional cuisine typical of the region is honoured in this restaurant nestled in a historic building in the heart of Nicolosi at reasonable prices. The menu is rich, with for example a platter of local antipasti: homemade olives, dried tomatoes, panzanella, fresh sheep's ricotta, caponata, parmigiana, pieces of fried tuma (cheese), orange salad and omelettes with seasonal vegetables... as well as good red wine from the Etna hillsides. The owner will be happy to help you with your choice. Music concerts sometimes on Saturday evening.
