This is the restaurant of the luxury boutique hotel of the same name. It offers refined Sicilian and international cuisine under the direction of chef Giovanni Santoro. Imagine a veal cut with a Sicilian cheese fondue and juniper berries from Etna, all smoked with pine needles, homemade spaghetti with braised hare, asparagus salad and black truffle, pan-fried beef with onions, mustard and orange honey... The wine list is extensive and offers a selection of exclusive Etna wines to discover.

Just went here for dinner. Such a marvellous experience! Quality, atmosphere, presentation, service. A place to be!

Adresse à déconseiller malgré la beauté du palais. Mauvais rapport qualité-prix : les chambres sont petites, mal insonoriséeset sans equipement bouilloire, bouteille d´eau... La salle de bain est en-dessous des normes pour ce standing : douche avec rideaux et dispersion de l'eau sur tout le sol de la salle de bain. Le petit-dejeuner 4 étoiles a sauvé la note.
