The kitchen, family like the management, honors the Sicilian specialties even if its name does not let it appear! The specialities of the house? Mushrooms and wild asparagus tips(sparacogne), stockfish (dried cod) and porchetta with wild fennel, and local cheeses like a divine pecorino. Try the mushroom soup or the carpaccio of porcini mushrooms, a real little wonder, or the homemade sausage of black pig of Nebrodi or the farfallettes with pistachio cream. Pleasant welcome.

L'accueil du restaurant Veneziano est absolument plaisant. Sympathique et souriant. C'est une adresse à ne pas manquer lorsque vous passez à Randazzo.
