The tables are set on the lawn, overlooking the illuminated bay in the evening. Palermo chef Nunzio Tomasello offers a marvelous "crudi" platter, and two audacious menus, "Cala Luna", featuring seafood, and "La Rocca", with meats and the finest ingredients from Sicily. The typical Sicilian baccalà a sfincione is revisited, while spaghetti à la "Norma 2.0" is accompanied by smoked eggplant, ricotta, almonds and sautéed tomatoes. Finally, the pistachio parfait is divine. A fine gourmet table.

Passer le portail, vous entrez dans un cadre magnifique avec une vue sur la mer et le port de plaisance, l'accueil est agréable et le personnel est à votre écoute. La carte est réduite signe d'une très grande qualité, nous avons opté pour le menu dégustation avec l'accompagnement des vins. Un repas exceptionnel, une découverte de vins formidable. Une très bonne adresse.
