A small address typically Sicilian as we like them. Not easy to find, the entrance gives onto a staircase that leads to several rooms including an outdoor terrace on the roofs. Here the regulars of Bagheria come to eat with family or friends of the dishes proposed for a few handfuls of euros. Dario, charismatic, walks between the tables to take orders with his waiters. On the slate, little choice, a daily inspiration of some popular dishes with 100% local flavors, invigorating soups, homemade pasta, etc.
