Here is an affordable, elegant and refined gastronomic table, stamped "slow food". On the menu, Aeolian specialities, revisited with sophistication, like the octopus tentacles artistically arranged with pearls of Cantalupo melon or this carpaccio of Mazzara red prawns with orange and bitter cocoa on a bed of peaches. The chef's speciality is the IDDU pasta "the vision of Stromboli", with a black crepe, ricotta from Vulcano, orange zest, red prawns, candied tomatoes and Bronte pistachios. Unique! The choice will be difficult.
