This is one of the island's historic restaurants. The chef Zurro is a charismatic bearded man with a bit of an eccentric streak who carefully prepares his dishes following his own recipes. He really has talent, you will never taste such flavours elsewhere. Everything is on the daily slate, suggested according to his mood and the market. The fish specialities are served on a beautiful terrace. Try the antipasti del mare like octopus salad and squid with capers, and the tagliatelle with squid ink and shrimp. By all accounts, a must.
