You'll get a taste of the dodo and Cajun culture at this restaurant, which serves typical specialties such as the gumbo of the day, chicken and sausage jambalaya and crawfish etouffee (we recommend the tasting dish that includes gumbo, etouffee and red beans). Also on the menu: fried or grilled seafood platters, po-boys, grilled alligator bites, etc. As for desserts, the bread pudding with butter and rum sauce is a must.
