Occupying the premises of a former doughnut store, this restaurant is a contrast to the past. In a colorful décor, right down to the flowery chairs, chef Hao Gong concocts delicacies from Chinese and Japanese traditions. The raw bar is very popular, as are the dumplings served in a curry broth and the bam bam chicken in a sweet chili sauce. If you like it raw, try the 3-course chef's menu (extra charge for wine pairing). Superb selection of sakes and Japanese whiskies as a bonus.
