Previously based in Gretna and now located opposite Louisiana State University's medical school, this Vietnamese restaurant is considered one of the best in New Orleans. Unsurprisingly, pho soups are the focus here, and their broth simmers quietly for eight hours, giving them exceptional flavor. Spring rolls are always fresh daily, and fans of banh mi sandwiches will be in heaven here. Also on the menu: rice dishes and bowls of vermicelli, vegetarian dishes and more.
