Housed in a former grocery store on the border of Faubourg Marigny and Bywater, The Franklin restaurant and bar offers a culinary experience not to be missed. A real HQ for the foodies of the neighborhood (and of the whole city), it prepares small and medium dishes such as duck liver mousse on toast with apricot mustard, pork and veal meatballs with goat cheese polenta or the famous Franklin burger with cheddar, onions, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and aioli. Very nice cocktail menu too.
