After a visit to the New Orleans Center for Creative Arts next door, a gourmet break at this neighborhood bistro is highly recommended. Occupying part of the first floor of a former rice mill converted into a condominium, Nina Compton and Larry Miller's table features a typical bistro menu that mixes world flavors with classic Louisiana ingredients. A solid wine list, probably one of the best in town, supports the whole. Mention should be made of the industrial-chic decor.
