A member of the global Hostelling International network, this hostel is centrally located within walking distance of everything. Opening in 2019 in a renovated historic building in the Central Business District, it offers dormitory-style rooms (4, 6 or 8 beds, shared bathrooms) and private rooms with bathrooms. Amenities include a great lobby with a pool table, a fully equipped kitchen, a cafe, free laundry and wifi, not to mention a space for nomadic workers. A top address!

Loved this hostel in New Orleans. I feel it’s at a great spot to get to the happening areas by bus or Lyft. There are also places to walk closer by for food. They will let you store your bag in a secured storage area if you arrive early. I stayed in a 6 bunk bed room. There were lockers to put my luggage (I would suggest bringing your own lock). Community bathroom shower was right across from our room and it’s individual to where you have privacy. There’s also a bar at the basement that’s pretty cool. As a solo traveler, I felt very safe and the guests staying were also very respectful and kind. Great place to mingle.

This place was surprisingly wonderful. I was honestly a little concerned when I booked a place here as I have stayed in a hostel before and it was not the cleanest. However the bathrooms were spotless and the front common room was very well kept. The free breakfast is a little bit on the simple side but still lovely. The service was excellent when I checked in and the private lockers were perfect. Beds were well made and were actually pretty comfortable. Would stay here again if I come back.
