Nice rooms, very clean, very kind staff. And close to different restaurants and shops

Staff is friendly, rooms are nice, convenient walking to most places, especially the WWII Museum!, but the elevator is very loud even when you're in your room.

Byron that worked in Valet was very courteous and helpful.

This was a super convenient place to stay for a conference! I could see the convention center across the street from my window and it was a two minute walk. The room was clean and relatively newly renovated. The only thing that drives me nuts is how hotels now use sheets to wrap around a comforter and it always comes undone. The coffee downstairs in the morning was a nice touch!
We shipped several packages to the hotel and the people at the front desk were super nice about looking for all of our boxes when we thought they were missing. We appreciated the help.

When I got there to check in I found out they over booked us and was forced to go to a different hotel. Will never book again. The front desk guy seemed like he didn’t want to be there.

Spacious room, clean and organized. 2 min walk from the convention centre.

If you are coming to the convention center, this is a quick walk. Stayed here for 4 nights, pricey when if it's far from the touristic French quarter.

My problem with it.. My last night there was very loud music across the street. I call the desk, the gentleman said it was filming going on. It was 10:30 at night, I asked how long does this go on and I asked if the hotel would call in a noise complaint as it was disturbing the peace of the guests. He basically said it was not his problem and hung up on me.. Really is this service when there employee can't even have a conversation with a guest. I debated going down to confront him but thought that was a moot point.

So I downgrade the hotel not so much for the noise but mostly for the horrible attitude.

Sadly, the room's AC didn't work. It was very warm inside the room. We were there during Mardi Gras (not to be confused with "for Mardi Gras"), and the hotel was very busy. The AC was the only complaint. We ate two meals down in the restaurant, and we enjoyed it. Staff was very friendly and helpful. My husband and I have stayed there before, and we enjoyed it thoroughly the first time. The room this time was clean and spacious. It had a walk-in shower. The water was nice and warm (scalding hot for mine). We will probably be back again to try once more.

Great spot, great staff. Breakfast was the best of any garden I've ever stayed at!

The heavy shower glass door fell on me and hurt my shoulder. I immediately called the front desk for help, and nobody picked up. I called at least 8 times. I had to get myself together and walk to the lobby to report the incident in person. There were no accommodations provided for my pain and suffering other than we'll have maintenance fix the door.

Had a wonderful experience at the Hilton Garden Inn. The lady and gentleman at the check-in desk were very nice friendly and attentive. The room was nice and clean. The lobby was nicely decorated for Mardi Gras. Check out was fast and easy. Great location walking distance to the Port of New Orleans. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is not bad, but the worst thing is the receptionist who forced me to call the other side of the Atlanticon because his ineptitude meant that I could not find the reservation that in the end was correct but his bad work implied an undue extra expense for his bad work. Please instruct your staff on how to work and not to disturb the customer.

This is a perfect location if you have an event at the New Orleans Convention Center! The hotel is one block away from the site. The area is lovely, filled with art galleries, unique restaurants, and it’s a simple stroll to the Riverwalk, too.

Front desk Trey and her associates were super kind and stayed calm during the craziness of Mardi Gras. Waited 2hrs for my room because they were sold out the night before. They were pleasant and never took their stress out on the guests!!! I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Clean room, great location for an overnight trip like mine.

We had a stay of 5 nights this hotel only cleaned our room ONCE. Today we went sightseeing at 8:50 am and returned to the hotel room at around 3pm where they started cleaning rooms on the third floor. We asked if we could have 30 minutes to relax before we left they said they would give us 20 minutes (they wrote our number down). We put a 20 minute timer they opened our door within five minutes. They apologized and closed the door. We ended up staying in the room for a max 10 more minutes and left. We returned to the room at 9pm the beds were still not made. The days prior we made several complaints and asked for them to clean our room and they didn't In addition to DIRTY STINKY towels, a phone that doesn't work and a HALLWAY phone that doesn't work. AND rushing to the restroom our key card's stopped working so we ran back to the receptionist to get new ones. We had to ask for more towels by the receptionist. No I do not recommend this especially being a Hilton card owner? No cleaning service.

Came out of town from Texas for a business meeting. Called ahead for a late arrival as it’s an 8 hr drive here. Got in around 11:40pm and tried using my credit card for incidentals and it kept getting declined(fraud alerts). Couldn’t get my card company on the phone and the man at the front desk wasn’t exactly rude but he surely didn’t give two craps about my card declining. I told him I could come down in the morning as I was tired after the 8 hr drive and I’d get this resolved. He wouldn’t not take that answer and would not give me my room. Had to call and get my wife on the phone to give a card number at midnight. I would only assume that because I’m a white man in New Orleans that’s why he was not willing to help as him and the other woman at the desk laughed at my situation. Will never visit this location again! Beyond frustrated with the front desk help…

Rooms were decent but expected more from a Hilton.

Énorme hôtel correspond aux standards de la chaîne. Prix attractif sur internet mais attention le wifi est payant et très cher, le parking également. Il est juste à l'extérieur du quartier français (on y va à pied) au bord du Mississippi.
