The hotel rooms were ok for the price. Water never got hot and the service in the bar/restaurant was extremely slow and understaffed. We were there during FQF and you would think they would have staffed accordingly. Every bartender was nice and apologetic but admitted they were not usually tending bar or wait staff. The hot water is definitely an issue and a city known for their bars and hospitality should staff top notch bar and restaurant staff

Stayed for two nights with complimentary breakfast. Saturday - one of the busiest days of the week had a “trainee” alone with only one cook. Let me just say it was a hot mess and luckily we didn’t have any plans so we weren’t in too much of a rush. We were super patient, but we waited 20 mins for our coffee and then she kept forgetting to take our order. When we went on Sunday - there was a qualified bartender, two cooks and she had help from two different people (one I’m guessing was management). So that day went by way smoother.

The rooms are nice, small but cozy. The shampoos and soaps are delightful and smell so good.

There is some construction going on in the alley near the hotel but you’re still able to walk around it. The area is walkable and there’s plenty of things to do/see.

We also paid for parking/valet. And it was super convenient. They have that system down pack!

I do wish the bar was open mid day but it’s fine.

Overall it was a nice stay.

Decent hotel. I swear it’s haunted though. Some weird sounds and stuff was happening in our room. Not a deterrent for future stays. Smell of smoke was a bit of a deterrent though.

Stayed here on a business trip. I was told by the girl at check in that she (wink wink) double upgraded me. But I went from the king room I booked: to a king room where the tv doesn’t turn on? I messaged the hotel. It was never fixed. The room was extremely cold with paper thin sheets. The room needed serious renovation. Location was fine. But…. At the end of the day if you want an uncomfortable place to stay without any decent amenities (such as tv or climate control or a comfortable bed). Then you can stay here. Probably ranks as the worst Marriott property I’ve ever stayed. I Won’t be back.

Very nice, clean hotel, wonderfull service by Zaliana and other staff, very friendly. Windows do not open, but airflow is more than adequate as it turns out as wet carpets from cleaning dried pretty quickly.

Christopher and his staff are so awesome!!! They truly made my trip to NOLA the best! Big shout out to John who made my mornings so wonderful! Loved the pic of Sir Duke in my room!

If you stay here, try Bignet for a breakfast. I think their Bignet is slightly better than Cafe du Monde. ????

I’ve stayed here a couple times now. I might not again. This property had the trifecta of Marriott issues that ruins many of their “remodeled” properties.

The AC barely worked in the room at all. It was 10 degrees warmer in the room than it was in the hall. I was almost tempted to crack the door open all night just to get some relief. They came and worked on that and the safe that also didn’t work within like ten minutes of me getting into the room, to no avail. The room stayed hot the entire time we were there.

Also there was a 4 inch gap between the sliding bathroom door and the wall, offering zero privacy in both visual and auditory matters, on top of which there was no actual fan moving any air either.
You better really like whom ever you are traveling with.

Lastly, zero water pressure in the shower. The sink was BLASTING right next to it, so they’ve got pressure in the buildings but the shower head had almost none.

I love this location, it’s super easy and convenient to get around. The beds are comfortable and the staff is very nice but for the price I need them to do a little better.

They do not have hot chocolate, but John "Music" got creative and brought steamed milk and a little container of chocolate sauce! It was amazing!
And the food was good too ☺️

The location was probably the only thing to speak to, near everything and a 10 minute walk to the French Quarter.
Staff- rude. The front desk staff at check in was extremely rude and gave a hard time at check in. Not sure why the attitude was needed.
Hotel itself was average. Even being upgraded to a bigger king size room, they were tiny with a musty smell. Super small bathroom.
Overall not the best of hotels for a boutique hotel. Stay elsewhere.

absent valet 3xs, 3 asks for more pillows... but the worst was shades don't darken on 3rd floor and no offer to move. Staff so laxadasic... did not feel like other autograph collections or marriott at all. Bathroom door was broken too. Location good. That's about it.

We booked a king room 9th floor and above. Upon arrival (3:45pm- check in is at 4) we were informed our room was not ready. They were kind enough to check our luggage but we stayed in the lobby waiting for our room to be cleaned and ready. After 45 minutes I went to the front desk to ask if they had an idea how much longer it would be. The front desk attendant looked at her computer and ended up finding us a room. Out of suspicion, I asked, who I think was the manager, if this room we were assigned was an “accessible room”. From our experience, those rooms aren’t as nice and we don’t need to be in a handicapped accessible room. She said yes it was and I said we won’t stay in a room like that. She found another room for us on the 11th floor. The room was TINY. I had to turn sideways to get past the refrigerator cabinet and the bed to get to my side of the bed. I know the room we originally booked was not this small. It did not say “a smaller room” like some are described on your website. I feel we were put in this room wrongly and we do not appreciate it. We will not stay at this hotel again when we come to New Orleans. The photos I posted show how much room I had to get to the bed.

Excellent stay from start to finish! We were allowed to check in early, which was so nice. Great bar, with excellent food. Service of rooms top notch. Great location, easy walk to French Quarter attractions. Many local restaurants close by. Highly recommend this hotel.

Throughout the weekend, Kierra at the front desk provided excellent service, going above and beyond to meet our needs. We would definitely stay again due to its excellent location, especially for a peaceful night's sleep while still being within walking distance of tourist attractions. I'd recommend skipping the breakfast (2/5) and opting for Mother's around the corner instead. Everything else was fantastic: clean room, tidy bar, and spotless bathroom.

I had such a positive experience at this hotel. I was here for 3 nights for a conference down the street and throughout my stay, ALL of the team was super kind, genuine, and accommodating. The NOLA southern hospitality was definitely on display at this nice little hotel, and I definitely appreciated it.
Keep up the good work yall, and thanks for having me!

Not what I expected from an Autograph hotel. This whole place needs to be closed and overhauled. Only bright spot was the front desk staff who were very nice and helpful but everything else left a lot to be desired. Service at the bar for drinks and food was extremely slow and just didn't seem to care. Rooms are very small, on par with a hotel in NYC. AC system seems to only run too hot or too cold. Any extra requests eg for a blanket were not taken care of until we called to get it expedited after an hour of waiting. Bathrooms are trash - tiny, no working fan, bad shower head with little water flow. Location was great for mardi gras and felt safe but I'd encouraged Marriott to start over with this place with a renovation and new management asap.

I sat at the bar within 6 feet of both bartenders for about 3-4 mins before even being addressed. I just wanted to place a to go order. Service was lacking. Free wine sample sucked and wasn’t what was offered at the front desk. The old fashioned was no bueno. At all. Caesar salad could have been out a bag and been better. Beignets were fried too hard. BBQ shrimp was just swimming in oil but actually pretty dang good. $65 for last resort blah.

I am ordering from another restaurant in my own hotel because no one will answer the phone for a room service order. No one at the front desk cares. You can't even order food from the hotel restaurant while you're a patron of the hotel, what a joke.

Q&C Hotel bar is located in the lobby of the hotel. Has a small seating area and bar space for guests. It cycles between been very busy and very chill depending on when you go.

Service
Our bartender was great and welcoming and did a great job of letting us know what drinks to get - very hospitable. The wait staff was also really good and made sure to check on us to see if we had what we needed. It was really great to have that kind of service.

Drinks
All the drinks were amazing and compared to what I'm used to DC, affordable - maybe on the higher side since located in an hotel but well worth it. The hotel offered a free tasting of wine and we bought a few drinks and a special drink the bartender liked to make. All were great and I would definitely come back for drinks regardless of if i stayed at the hotel or not.

Food
I ended up ordering dinner here twice during my stay. The first night I had the burger and fries and the second night the pizza. The burger was hefty and delicious and the fries were plentiful - they didn't hold back at all. The pizza was really really good especially if you like a sweeter tomato sauce. They call it a personal pan on the menu but its enough to feed two people. I would recommend both.

Overall
For food and drink service this is a great place to stop by if you're in the city. You can't miss with the food and the drinks. The service is good and welcoming. One of my favorite places when it comes to hotel bars.
