Best hotel hands down in Nola, the staff were unbelievably awesome, Jade, Arthur, you know we love you!!! Chicago loves you!!! You were so accommodating and wonderful to me, my mom, and my kid !
I would recommend this hotel to anyone that visits NOLA. Rooms are beautiful, lobby immaculate. And I will be back for sure!!! Could not have felt more at home!!!!

The front desk is very unorganized and it seems like every staff member has different information. They are all nice, but they don't know what is going on. We booked for a group back in February, and when we got there, each individual person we talked to pulled up different information about our booking, and because we were rolling in at different times, they kept not having people checked in; it as so confusing. We also had to pay in full up front the first day, including the $200 deposit, which we weren't told would happen. We were originally told we would pay at the end of the stay. Our original payment to reserve the rooms wasn't applied to our final bills, which we are still trying to figure out.

A lot of the rooms don't have windows, which is creepy, but you don't know which one you'll get. The rooms are nice enough, although I didn't have sheets on my bed, just a pillow top cover; it was interesting. There's no microwave in the rooms or for guests to use; the staff was nice enough to let me use the one in their break room.

The staff were nice, it just doesn't seem like they know what is going on. I don't recommend this place; it's a huge hassle.

Unusual rooms (high ceilings! No windows!) but it’s comfortable, well located and has friendly service.

Lack of room service! Service stucks! Rooms smells and muggy! Don’t recommend. Bed sheets were dirty prior of our stay

The hotel is truly flawless in every aspect. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, from the stunning decor to the exceptional service.

I had a great experience with hotel greeters during my recent stay. They were correct and professional in their demeanor, making me feel welcomed and valued as a guest.

The room was perfectly set up to welcome us, and they let us go through it without problems before check-in time. The lights were perfectly set up, and even an old radio played wonderful jazz music from the best radio station in New Orleans. Thanks Francis !!!

The mattresses are very comfortable [a little fluffy for me], and the pillows and the a/c thermostat and equipment work efficiently. You might park across the street in an open parking lot, or you might walk one block to the Sheraton out parking garage to get a covered parking for almost the same price.

The room has a coffee maker, coffee pods, and a small refrigerator. Cosmetics products are high class, and you might buy one at the hotel shop, as well as bathroom paper, towels, and the pressure of the shower water.

The hotel does not include breakfast, but you can pick to walk wherever you want. I strongly suggest trying Cafe Fleur de Lis one block away or Mother's Restaurant four blocks away to get real NOLA food.

The location hotel is excellent, great, great. It was close to everything but far enough away from the noise of the French Quarter. By the way, the hotel's windows are two, much better than double-glazed windows.

We hope to enjoy New Orleans soon, staying at the Pelham again.

A hotel one TINY step above an air B&B. Check-in with limited service, and the cell phone was higher priority than the guests. Non-existent hospitality. No phone in the room, no microwave in room. The desk staff seemed as if we were putting them out to assist us. The sad thing is that the hotel begs for better! It's such a waste of this historical beauty..

I recently stayed at The Pelham and thoroughly enjoyed the stay! It is in a wonderful location. It is away from the chaos of the French Quarter, but close enough to walk within 10 mins. The hotel itself is very well-kept.

The room was clean and extremely quiet. We stayed in a room right above the Ruby Slipper, and despite it being directly over the restaurant, we were never disrupted by any noise.

The only issue we had was with the shower not having a proper door and the floor getting wet. This was not a deal breaker, we just asked for some additional towels.

This will definitely be my go to place to stay in New Orleans from now on!

Cute and comfortable boutique hotel in a central location to CBD and FQ, only a quick ride to the Frenchmen/Marigny area. Rooms were clean and spacious, we loved the high ceilings. Water in shower took a while to heat up but we made it work. Housekeeping was fantastic and very accommodating. Will definitely stay again!

My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our anniversary in Orleans. We rarely take vacations and this was a special time for us because not only have we been working hard (we own a 24/7 tow service so we work weekends and holidays) but we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. When I called to make our reservations, the lady at the front desk was cheerful and very friendly and helpful. When we arrived, a different lady was at the front desk. This lady was also friendly, to say the least. We checked in Friday at two and stayed until Sunday. By Friday night at six, SHE REMEMBERED MY NAME! She always greeted us with a huge, warm, genuine smile. The valet was also wonderful. Everyone was happy and friendly and I know how hard that is to find in staff but you can tell they all love their job so obviously someone is doing something right. The room was BEAUTIFUL and decorated perfectly. It had style and had just the right amount of color and decor for comfort and cheer. I LOVED the bathroom. I mean, that shower was... we'll, I wouldn't say to die for but definitely to live for. The shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion was NICE. It smelled divine and left us so soft and refreshed. I can't wait to go back! Hopefully before our next anniversary.

Great location, cute and comfy. Nice bed. Quiet. Small and quaint, right across the street from my conference hotel. Got 2 notes for less than 1 conference priced room at Sheraton and it was a much better NOLA feel choice.

The hotel is in a great location. It's 3 blocks away from Bourbon Street and of Canal Street. Close to all restaurants also. The rooms were clean.

Pros: Pretty central location, can easily walk to most places, room has mini fridge + sitting area, was quiet, rooms and hotel are nicely decorated.
Cons: There were various different staff members at the front desk during our stay. They are usually friendly and greeted us warmly. However, one day I arrived to my room and found the entire bed and carpet soaking wet. There was water leaking from the ceiling and it looked like it was caving in. I had to text the front desk since there is no phone. I didn't get any reply so I then went downstairs to address the issue. They re-assign me to another room. No offer to help move all my belongings nor do I get any discount. While not required, the little things like this make a difference to me.
