No issues except the only soap in our room is the shower gel that smells like a men's deodorant. The water is hot. Food in the restaurant is great. Breakfast is not complimentary.: ( I was on the top floor and had the tiniest window. Not much of a view. Some floors (maybe the even numbers ) have little balconies tho.

Had a terrible experience with the nighttime front desk attendant. Not sure how her name was spelled but Awana was rude in general after getting locked out of our she was quick to blame us, when in fact it was a lock malfunction. I ordered a drink from the bar one night and there was a gnat in my drink. The shower in our room was dirty. We will NEVER stay here again. I recommend getting a hotel nearby but never on bourbon street.

This was a pleasant surprise!!! The first hotel I’ve stayed at in a very long time that I can say felt REALLY clean! The beds and pillows were amazing and I slept better there than I do at home. The staff was super attentive, helpful, warm and friendly! We had a problem with our balcony door not locking and they fixed it within the hour! To the people leaving reviews that the balcony rooms facing Bourbon street are loud…. WELL, DUH! I tuned my fan app up to loud and we slept through it! It was amazing to sit there and be part of the loud and rowdy action from our balcony! I didn’t think I would want to come back but after this experience, I do! 100% perfection!
