Even though the establishment is part of a chain, it has become a must-see stop in the city. Local bands mix with national and sometimes international headliners. House of Blues has a second concert hall, The Parish. Local musicians often play there, and admission is cheaper than in the main hall. The indoor bar Voodoo Garden is a great place to start your evening when the humidity is not too bad.
