Formerly known as the Mercedes-Benz Superdome, it is the stadium of the Saints, New Orleans' beloved American soccer team and member of the NFL. The Superdome, which welcomed the population after Katrina and whose images went around the world, is the largest stadium in the world with such a dome. The venue hosts a huge number of artistic and sports performances. Unfortunately, if you don't go to see one of them, you won't be able to go back just to visit it.

Le mercedes benz superdome est l'un des temples du football américain on l'aperçoit lorsque l'on arrive de baton rouge par la route, si vous y passez durant la saison d'automne vous pourrez peut être avoir des places pour aller voir un match (je vous recommande d'aller lire les règles sur Wikipédia ou football élite si vous êtes néophyte car sinon vous risquez de ne pas tout comprendre). Architecturalement, le stade est immense.

Le Superdome est comme un phare dans la nuit lorsqu'on se dirige vers le centre-ville en voiture. En l'approchant on se rend compte de l'importance du football US aux Etats-Unis. Les Saints y font la loi, ou essayent...
Juste à côté, le Smoothie King Center est l'antre des Pelicans et l'ambiance NBA bat son plein!
