PIRATES ALLEY CAFE
It's in the small pedestrian alley next to the St. Louis Cathedral that this little bar is located, well known in the French Quarter. True to the name of the alley that hosts it, you'd think you were entering a pirate's lair with all the decoration that goes with it. In addition to its original decor, it's its absinthe that gets the crowds going, served according to the rules of the art. Impossible to go there without tasting it! To taste it, you can sit in the small room near the bar or sit outside while watching the colorful crowd passing by in the narrow alley.
