BALCONY BAR & CAFE

This bar is a popular place of Uptown and very well located on Magazine. He has no specific style. You can stop there to sip a beer as much as to drink a Coke. Don't let yourself be impressed by the cheap ground floor. So take a drink in the bar and find a place to the balcony, if there is one. On the ground floor, billiard tables attract students, not to mention the bar and its many beers. Service is not the best. Prices are moderate. If you really have a hollow, you can eat it (soups, salads, po). Don't expect super-kitchen. It is rather fast!
