SNAKE AND JAKE'S

This dive bar in East Carrollton was at the top of our list and we were not disappointed once we got there! Located in the middle of a residential area near Loyola and Tulane Universities, you should already see the somewhat dilapidated look of the shack that houses the bar. The interior is tiny, super dark, with colored garlands as lighting (you should know that the place boasts to be a Christmas Club Lounge). At the back of the bar is the large courtyard which is literally taken by storm in the evening, with good reason.
