Small but cozy, this dive bar seems to never close. Its subdued light, dark red bricks, low ceiling and long leather bench make it a real refuge for local customers and tourists passing through for many years now. It's a very safe place where you feel far from the French Quarter without leaving it. It's an ideal place to meet in small groups for long conversations and not spend a fortune. Note that the bar only accepts cash, so be warned!
