This cooking school specialized in South Louisiana Cajun and Creole cuisine is a must. There are two options: to attend a demonstration by a seasoned chef, or to participate (the second option is a little more expensive but well worth the money). Many secrets of the local cuisine are revealed: gumbo, jambalaya, pralines, etc. A beautiful and appetizing experience! Store on site.
