The New Orleans Land Transportation Office is responsible for the licensing and enforcement of vehicles and drivers operating for profit in the city. This includes cabs, limousines, general rental vehicles, tourist vehicles, non-emergency medical vehicles, pedicabs, horse-drawn carriages, party coaches and private school buses. The Bureau also regulates tour guides, tour planners and tourism companies operating in the city. Payments can be made online or sent by post.
