Nearly 2,000 varieties of plants grouped by theme on 4 hectares: a tropical greenhouse, water gardens, a garden of azaleas and camellias, a rose garden... Following Hurricane Katrina, the botanical garden lost its entire collection, but with the support of many sponsors, it has come back to life.
