Enjoyed learning the history of Tabasco and about the legacy of the family

One of my favorite places to take visitors.

Was totally worth it despite having to spend quiet a lot of money to get there. The manager from the country store even took the time to give me and my friend a sample of the raw tabasco mash and explained the process of making tabasco. Amazing service!

Love this place, and the little cafe has great food at a reasonable price.

Get a bottle of Family Reserve Tabasco while you're here. It's only available at the factory. Much richer Tabasco flavor, less vinegar punch. Get one. Really. If you like Tabasco, you gotta get one.

Would be 5 stars except they refuse to take cash. Other than that really nice.

Nice visit , enjoyed the museum and Jungle Gardens! Just wondering why the souvenir store sells at higher price their Tabasco sauce than the grocery ????

A great tour and experience and worth the stop and visit. Interesting to see how a staple of American food is made and has progressed over the years.

A nicely designed and defined tour, along with museum exhibits, actual process, gift shop, restaurant and a side visit through the island’s jungle garden.

A wonderful opportunity.

Not much of a tour, saw little of the process to make it

The tour is fairly quick; self guided. They have sauces at the gift shop that you can only purchase there.

The grounds are well worth exploring. You can drive the whole thing or get some real hiking if you prefer. Unfortunately, the mosquitoes were out to kill the day we visited. I recommend bug spray.

The Tabasco factory tour was very interesting.
It is a self guided tour with 8 stations.
I I joyed the bottling portion of the tour the best.

The restaurant and gift shop were very nice as well.

We were given a senior citizen discount and complimentary coffee after our lunch.

Then off to Jungle Gardens which is included in your ticket price. Garden is a drive thru adventure with map to follow and pull overs to exit vehicle, explore and take pictures. Bring bug spray if you plan to get out of vehicle and walk around.
Mosquitoes were an issue.

The Tabasco factory is located on the historic Avery Island with beautiful grounds and a chance to see alligators. It was nice visiting the Tabasco museum and learning the history of the infamous hot sauce. The general store has a sample area where you can taste all or some of the 10 different Tabasco varieties. One of those must do destinations in New Iberia Louisiana

Learn the history of an American icon, Tabasco hot sauce! Many things you might never have known about this 150 year old condiment on a beautiful bayou.

Gravel roadway pretty intents for Harley Rider. Gift shop had some unique Tabasco items. Did not take factory tour, leaving that for next visit.

Our first time there, didn't know it was there, I have been coming to Four Corners Louisiana all my life.

This place is pure magic. The self guided tour is amazing. The food was great, we thought it'd be an expensive sit down place but it's actually a great "cafeteria style" restaurant with a bloody Mary bar!
The gardens are remarkable and both times I've gone, I saw the alligator!

visite tr§s sympa
