Restaurant offering authentic and traditional recipes in Le Brignon.
Chez Monique is much more than a restaurant, it is an institution. Rémi has preserved the DNA of this rural establishment, with recipes that have remained the same, authentic and traditional, served on well-stocked plates: terrine with trumpets of death and cognac, pig's trotter au gratin with white wine, head cheese, lemon meringue pie. As is the cheese platter with a 10 kg tomme de pays, from which you can help yourself as much as you like. We also organize theme dinners.
