Topped with local produce and farmhouse cheeses, Julie works with Salaisons du Velay, supplying her with beef, smoked brisket, chorizo and ham. Meanwhile, Fabien makes beautiful traditional jams cooked in a copper cauldron, as well as a range of cookies including Diamant des Sucs. Lodging available.
