After leaving his foodtruck behind, Florian welcomes you to his restaurant, inspired by his experience in Australia, hence the name of his savory galettes. His ingredients (buckwheat and wheat flour, eggs, milk, crème fraîche, honey) are from the Haute-Loire. Generous, gourmet galettes, as well as delicious sweet crêpes. A specialist in "Coffee Art", he'll make your favorite hot drinks Barista-style with a leaf, flower or heart.
