LA CABANE À MOULES
Le Bateau ivre (their former restaurant) has given way to a unique concept in Le Puy, but still in the marine spirit. There's a delicious iodized aroma when you step aboard, with a dozen tables (plus a terrace in fine weather). Moules marinières, with Auvergne blue cheese, carbonara, Espelette pepper... The shellfish comes from Holland and is served with fresh produce. "In a big restaurant, there's always someone who doesn't eat mussels," says Christelle. So the menu also includes melted camembert, salads and burgers.
