Small and warm place in the heart of Puy-en-Velay serving an original cuisine, a menu of local and seasonal products.

In a chic bistro with a friendly atmosphere, enjoy traditional dishes with flavors from here and abroad. The menu changes weekly at lunchtime and monthly in the evening. Products are local, fresh and in season, and menus are carefully crafted, from starters to desserts. The dishes are always creative and delicious. The star dessert is the chocolate sphere, with a new garnish every season. Carefully selected wines and digestifs to accompany each dish. Beautiful crockery, smiling staff, top-notch service.

De passage au Puy, c’est par hasard que nous avons dîné là ! Il faut dire que la carte était prometteuse ! Les promesses furent tenues et le dîner fut exceptionnel ! Présentation soignée et élégante, raffinement des saveurs, toutes les qualités d’un grand restaurant ! Les chefs en cuisine ont un sacré potentiel qui, nous n’en doutons pas, les conduira vers les cimes. La carte des vin permet de déguster les meilleurs crus au verre, ce qui est l’apanage de peu de restaurateurs. Un mot enfin pour le service qui allie professionnalisme et amabilité ! Merci à tous pour ce moment inoubliable ! Et si nous devons revenir, ce sera là et pas ailleurs ????
