A small restaurant with all the makings of a big one: gastronomic restaurant with two Toques 2023 and Gault & Millau ranking.

It's a must-visit address in Le Puy: all gourmets will tell you so. At the beginning of 2023, chef Yoan Delorme took over the restaurant and works for a small group: a few tables quickly reserved with a unique menu, guaranteeing freshness and seasonality. A culinary voyage full of surprises: the creative compositions highlight local produce, detached from tradition and prepared with research and aestheticism. Flavors explode on the palate, and food and wine pairings are well executed. At this rate, it shouldn't be long before he gets a star.

Finally, a restaurant with affordable prices, with a kitchen using fresh produce and you can not reproduce at home. You will recognise the quality of the chef on the control of sauces and cooking. The owner is very warm, I recommend this place where I go very regularly.
