RESTAURANT LE POIVRIER
Regional dishes based on new cuisine and classic recipes from a Toque d'Auvergne chef who has worked in the kitchens of Paul Bocuse.
A must-see restaurant in the Ponote town with several dining rooms, including one upstairs, this restaurant combines charm and elegance. Maxence, a Toque d'Auvergne graduate from the kitchens of Paul Bocuse, and his team create beautifully presented bistronomic dishes, with menus changing with the seasons. From appetizers to desserts, you'll love the classics: green Puy lentil salad with duck breast, octopus and risotto, pavé de boeuf with morel mushroom sauce, chestnut fondant. Recommended by Gault & Millau.
