HOTEL DE JERPHANION CAMBACERES
Hotel in the heart of the old town with a suite overlooking the garden and rooms upstairs with terrace.
This magnificent artists' house is located in the heart of the old town, in a beautiful 18th century residence, restored by the sculptor Philippe Kaeppelin, then by his son Dominique and his wife Brehed. They welcome you in a suite with a delicate charm, populated with imaginary birds and overlooking the garden. Breakfast is served in the blue dining room, listed for its woodwork, or on the terrace in fine weather. An undeniably charming stopover!

The room - which is in fact a suite - is beautiful, very large and very comfortable, and the breakfast is copious and served in a very pretty dining area.
The guest house is perfectly placed in the historic centre of Le Puy en Velay, a few steps from the cathedral. We really enjoyed having an aperitif on the terrace with a stunning view before dinner.
The hosts had renovated and restored the house. They were delightful, very charming and gave us excellent suggestions for restaurants whilst we were in Le Puy en Velay. They were very communicative and accommodating.
We cannot recommend a stay here in enough, and we can’t wait to come back!
