In Puy-en-Velay, the Régina is part of the landscape with its façade dating from the beginning of the 20th century. At the time, it was one of the first hotels in Le Puy, and the first to have running water, electricity and a lift. Today, the Celle family, the new owners, have decided to accentuate this standing, with a new neoclassical decoration within a year. For the moment, enjoy the comfortable, bright rooms, some of which are air-conditioned and/or equipped with a whirlpool bath.

Seul petit bémol: j'ai été décu par les ris de veau aux morilles. Si la viande etait d'excellente qualité et tres bien cuite, la sauce et les morilles (séchées) manquaient complètement de saveur. Dommage, mais sinon impeccable, j'y retournerais.
